The Mizuno Product Development Team challenged itself to create the highest level of Game Improvement irons, utilizing cutting edge design technology. Moreover, the design team wanted to create the first, and only, set of Grain Flow Forged Hybrid irons in the industry. From this development, the MX-900^TM was created. The MX-900^TM is not only the most Hi-Tech iron Mizuno USA has ever produced, but it also delivers unbelievable Game Improvement performance for mid to high handicappers.

Grain Flow Forged^®, 4135 high strength steel (3-7) in the face and neck for a more solid, consistent feel, and maximum durability.

Grain Flow Forged^®, 1025E Pure Select select mild carbon steel (8-PW) for soft, solid, consistent feel.

Hybrid set of irons: 3-7 are Forged with Hollow Technology for easy launch and maximum forgiveness, 8-PW are one-piece forged for ultimate feel and control in the scoring irons.

H.E.M.I. (High Energy Mass Impact) Hybrid COG (3-7) technology utilizes a 12g tungsten weight that positions the COG low and deep for maximum energy transfer and playability.

Two piece hollow technology head construction (3-7) utilizing a CNC milled face with plasma welding which ensures precise COG placement.

CORTECH^TM face design utilizes three distinct face thickness to deliver consistent distance control and feel.

Durable Double nickel chrome plated finish.

Modified "U" grooves produce the ideal spin rate for maximum playability in all conditions.

Super forgiving, extra wide sole to increase ease of launch and deliver consistent ball striking ability from all types of lies.
